Abstract

The paper deals with marketing research of public transport Mountains. Moscow. The methodology of research on the method of observation-based marketing technology "Mystery Shopper" using indicators of quality of transportation services. In this paper we demonstrate some limitations of this approach to ensure the transition of users of private cars to use public transport.
