Beszállítások a feldolgozóiparban
[Subcontracting in the manufacturing industry]

Abstract

A cikk a beszállításokat mint a vállalatok közötti kapcsolatok sajátos, növekvő szerephez jutó válfaját tárgyalja. Míg korábban a legtöbb piacgazdaságban a beszállítások főként kapacitáskiegészítő funkciót töltöttek be, a hetvenes években már mindinkább specializációra épülnek, a nyolcvanas évektől pedig új típusú termelési rendszerek láncszemei. A feldolgozóiparban súlyukat a "karcsúsítási" törekvés, földrajzi rádiuszukat a nemzetköziesedés a globalizáció jelentékenyen növelte. A beszállítók többsége kis és középvállalat, de számos ágazatban a beszállítások jelentékeny hányada ilyen feladatokra (is) berendezkedő nagyvállalatoktól származik. A cikk egy nagyobb felmérés eredményei alapján jellemzi a magyarországi beszállítások és beszállítók mai helyzetét. Nemzetközi példákat is idézve javaslatokat, ajánlásokat ad a beszállítók és beszállítói rendszerek fejlesztésére. A kapcsolatépítés mellett elsősorban a beszállító vállalatok verseny s innovációs képességének növelését kell segíteni, hogy azok minél nagyobb számban lehessenek nem alárendelt, tartós, a fejlesztésben is részt vevő partnerek.
