Munkavégzés a platformalapú gazdaságban. A foglalkoztatás egy lehetséges modellje?
[Work on the digital platform economy. Towards a new employment model for the future?]

Abstract

A tanulmány a munkaerőpiacon viszonylag gyorsan teret hódító úgynevezett platformalapú munkavégzés fontosabb jellemzőivel foglalkozik. Sokféle tevékenységet lehet digitálisan végezni: a minimális képzettséget igénylő, alacsonyan fizetett szolgáltatástól (például személyszállítás) a magasan képzett és kiemelkedő kereseteket biztosító projektjellegű munkáig (például mesterségesintelligencia-algoritmus készítése). Az elemzés a platformalapú munka tartalmával, munkafeltételeivel, foglalkoztatási státusával és az érdekképviselet kérdéseivel foglalkozik. A szakirodalmi áttekintés során a szerzők részletesen foglalkoznak terminológiai és módszertani kérdésekkel, valamint a munkavégzés és foglalkoztatás szabályozásának "szürkezónáival". A platformalapú munka magyar intézményi-szabályozási normáinak szerepét jól illusztrálja a taxiszolgáltatásban megjelent Uber digitális platformcég 2016. évi sikertelen budapesti debütálása. Az elemzésben külön figyelmet szentelünk a platformalapú munkavégzés munkajogi szabályozásával kapcsolatos dilemmáknak. A digitális munkaerő foglalkoztatása nemcsak a munkajogi szabályozás, hanem az érintettek érdekképviselete számára is jelentős kihívás.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: J21, M54, O33.
