A finanszírozási források szerepe a kis- és középvállalkozások növekedésében
[The role of sources of finance in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises]

Abstract

A tanulmány célja, hogy átfogó képet adjon a kis- és középvállalkozások növekedését meghatározó tényezőkről, valamint a finanszírozási forrásoknak a vállalati növekedésben betöltött szerepéről. Ahhoz, hogy megállapítható legyen, közgazdasági szempontból milyen típusú állami beavatkozás indokolt e szektor növekedésének elősegítésére, a tőkestruktúra alakulására vonatkozó elméletek tükrében megvizsgáljuk, milyen szerepet töltenek be a kis- és középvállalkozások a magyar gazdaságban és más európai országokban. Ezt követően áttekintjük a vállalkozások növekedési ütemét befolyásoló tényezőket. Bemutatjuk, hogyan magyarázhatók a finanszírozási korlátok jelenlétével a vállalatméret eloszlásával kapcsolatos egyes jelenségek, valamint milyen, empirikusan is igazolható kapcsolat áll fenn a növekedés és az azt meghatározó egyes vállalati jellemzők között. Külön tárgyaljuk a külső és belső finanszírozási lehetőségek vállalati növekedésre gyakorolt hatásait. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L25, G32.
