Abstract

Rendszerváltás után a magyar gazdaság átalakulásának első ciklusa lezárult. A működőtőke-befektetések vezérelte gazdasági modernizációt a kétségtelen pozitívumok mellett olyan negatívumok is kísérték, mint amilyen például a gazdaság innovációs aktivitásának alacsony színvonala és egyenlőtlensége. A gazdasági átalakulás második ciklusának egyik legfontosabb kérdése, hogy a gazdasági szereplők mennyire képesek megfelelni a tanulógazdaság követelményeinek. Cikkünkben a munkahelyi innovációkkal - közelebbről pedig a távmunka és a mobilmunka példáján keresztül - európai összehasonlításban vizsgáljuk a magyarországi vállalatoknak a szervezeti rugalmasság és innovációk terén mutatott teljesítményét.
