Abstract

Für viele Beschäftigte in der Zeitarbeit ist die Anstellung beim gleichen Verleihbetrieb nur von kurzer Dauer. Etwa die Hälfte ist nach drei Monaten nicht mehr dort tätig. Die durchschnittliche Beschäftigungszeit variiert allerdings deutlich mit dem Alter und dem Ausbildungsniveau: Insbesondere Ältere und Akademiker bleiben vergleichsweise lange im gleichen Verleihbetrieb.
