Estrategias y control de la innovación

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se van a analizar las distintas opiniones científicas de consenso existentes en este momento sobre la necesidad actual, en este entorno global y cada vez más dinámico y cambiante por el que atravesamos de confección de estrategias, concretamente estrategias de innovación, y como afectan a las empresas que las emprenden. También abordaremos recientes estudios que recogen todo aquello último y novedoso que se ha dicho en la comunidad científica y que rodea a dichas estrategias de innovación. En el presente trabajo no se entrará a valorar la idoneidad o no de estas estrategias para las empresas sino que analizaremos todo aquello que las envuelve.
