Abstract

В статье выделены направления зарубежной политики поддержки занятости в кризисные периоды и вне кризисов, сопоставлены инструменты поддержки МСП в разных странах. В ходе текущего кризиса популярными мерами господдержки бизнеса стали поддержка ликвидности компаний и содействие максимальному переводу их деятельности в цифровой режим. России необходимо расширить направления льготного кредитования или софинансирования, активизировать содействие МСП по цифровизации его деятельности. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
