L?eterogeneit? spaziale nello sviluppo locale in Italia: un?analisi basata sulla costruzione di un indicatore sintetico

Abstract

Il presente lavoro si propone di costruire un indicatore sintetico per l?analisi dello sviluppo locale, seguendo l?impostazione di Jevons. Tale indicatore viene costruito partendo dalla sintesi due indicatori elementari: il primo riferito alle componenti virtuose dello sviluppo e il secondo basato sui fattori critici. L?indice ? stato applicato sulle province italiane, con dati rilevati a livello NUTS 3 per l?anno 2014. I risultati mostrano la presenza di comportamenti territoriali differenziati a livello locale. Su tale base si ? provveduto, analizzando la dipendenza spaziale globale e locale, di individuare cluster spaziali differenziati, per comportamenti hot spot e cold spot.
