Abstract

Il saggio d? conto delle ragioni che spiegano la crisi sia del modello di welfare capitalism (USA) sia del modello di welfare state (Europa). La considerazione congiunta di tali ragioni vale a suggerire quali caratteristiche un modello di welfare all?altezza delle odierne sfide deve esibire. Infine, il contributo parla a favore del modello di welfare civile, di cui si pone in evidenza il potenziale di sviluppo
