Valutazione delle performance nelle reti oncologiche regionali: il modello ValPe.ROC

Abstract

La presente ricerca analizza il sistema di valutazione delle performance cliniche ed economiche delle reti oncologiche regionali, concentrandosi sulla Rete Oncologica Campana. In particolare, si è analizzata la V rilevazione (giugno 2022-maggio 2023) del sistema di valutazione ?ValPeROC? che adotta l?approccio data-driven per ottimizzare la gestione dei pazienti e il contenimento dei costi. Lo studio mira, attraverso l?osservazione del caso campano, a comprendere in che misura un sistema valutativo contribuisce all?efficientamento di una rete socio-sanitaria. La metodologia quantitativa adottata ha evidenziato come tale strumento sia utile. Attraverso indicatori di performance costruiti ad hoc, si individuano chiaramente le aree di miglioramento e i punti di forza della rete. ValPeROC, quindi, ha un ruolo significativo nel miglioramento delle performance della rete.
