Negoziare la transizione ecologica in uno stabilimento del settore automotive. Il caso della Marelli di Crevalcore

Abstract

Il presente articolo intende offrire una panoramica non esaustiva delle possibili rappresenta-zioni sviluppatesi nella vertenza Marelli attorno al tema della transizione ecologica. La verten-za si sviluppa a seguito della dichiarazione di chiusura dello stabilimento di Crevalcore (BO) da parte del gruppo Kkr, assumendo come giustificazione l?esistenza di una previsione di per-formance negativa degli utili aziendali legata al progressivo calo della produzione del motore endotermico previsto al 2035. Lo stabilimento ? specializzato, infatti, nella produzione di componenti invarianti per i motori tradizionali. I lavoratori hanno fin da subito posto come condizione alla risoluzione della vertenza un processo di riconversione del sito produttivo, assieme all?individuazione di chiare garanzie occupazionali. Il caso di studio si inscrive nel crescente campo di studi volti a rilevare le modalit? con le quali lavoratori e sindacati affronta-no il cd. trade off lavoro/ambiente.
