L?empowerment d?impresa attraverso il fattore EASY-INN. il caso DUPI ITALIA s.r.l

Abstract

La creazione di nuovi modelli di business sembra configurarsi quale principale effetto di una crisi che a livello globale ha destrutturato le tradizionali economie basate sul processo di industrializzazione, esigendo il confronto delle imprese su mercati maggiormente competitivi. A fronte dei mutati scenari socio-economici e politici contraddistinti da un lato, dalla destabilizzazione spazio-temporale e dall?altro, da un sempre pi? pervasiva information e communication technology, le imprese cambiano fisionomia e per farlo necessitano sempre pi? sovente di cogliere l?innovazione, oltre le classiche accezioni di prodotto e di processo. Lo studio proposto quindi tenta di indagare l?innovazione in quanto processo cognitivo di ricostruzione delle logiche think-act legate al ripensamento delle principali modalit? con cui le imprese ridefiniscono i mercati, in termini di problem solving, organizzazione, leadership e comunicazione, quattro abilit? trasversali che orientano i complessi processi di decision making che sottendono al fare impresa. In questa prospettiva , si propone il fattore easy-inn, catalizzatore dell?empowerment dell?impresa innovativa, inteso quale sintesi tra innovazione e semplicit?; un binomio irrinunciabile per frenare la corsa alla complicazione che ostacola l?ottenimento di risultati performanti da parte dell?impresa, scoraggiando soglie ragguardevoli di efficienza ed efficacia, e rallentando il conseguimento dell?eccellenza nei settori di riferimento. Lo studio seguito da un case study consente di agevolare la riflessione circa la necessit? e l?urgenza di creare nuovi modelli di business che favoriscano l?agire di impresa nella sua duplice ottica di competitivit? e consonanza nel pi? ampio sistema individui-imprese-territori.
