Indagine sui comportamenti sociali e ambientali nel sistema delle PMI di Confindustria Salerno

Abstract

Molti studi inerenti la Responsabilit? Sociale delle Imprese (RSI) evidenziano la crescente attenzione delle PMI verso tale tematica, tradizionalmente considerata un campo di ricerca applicata alle imprese di grandi dimensioni. Risulta, invece, particolarmente significativo l?impegno delle PMI per il miglioramento delle performance socio-ambientali, anche se improntato a caratteri di spontaneit? e poco formalizzato nei tipici strumenti per la Responsabilit? Sociale. Il lavoro, avvalendosi di un?indagine sul campo, esplora le iniziative e le pratiche adottate dalle PMI associate a Confindustria Salerno. I risultati dimostrano che le politiche responsabili, implementate prevalentemente nell?ambito delle dinamiche intra-organizzative sono connaturate da una spontanea condivisione di esperienze e valori comuni, invece che scaturire da una pianificazione coerente e sistematica.
