Abstract

This article presents the results of a research focus on operational effectiveness evaluation of an internal chain value in a Mexican company, after the SiERCaVI application (Evaluation and fill back client – supplier system of internal supply chain). SiERCaVI is a methodological adaptation made by the writers of this paper to the ONUDI (2001) development supply methodology, using tree main theories approaches: the Porter´s (1986) Value Chain, Poirier y Houser´s (1994) joint ventures for the continuous improvement and Rodriguez & Ramírez with Mexican culture at labor
