Research note: Endogeneity of satisfaction as a predictor for spending

Abstract

•The effect of visitor satisfaction on visitor expenditure is underresearched.•In this case study it is found that visitor satisfaction significantly influences visitor expenditure.•This study, however, indicates that visitor satisfaction as a predictor for visitor expenditure can be endogenous.
