Políticas públicas y reformas para incrementar la productividad : caso de estudio del programa Fábricas de Productividad

Abstract

Este artículo presenta una visión general de las reformas necesarias para el aumento del crecimiento potencial y de los programas que Colombia debe promover para lograr una acumulación adecuada de instrumentos de innovación y productividad. Para ello, se concentra en el caso de estudio del principal programa de promoción de la productividad del Gobierno nacional, denominado Fábricas de Productividad. En complemento, el artículo presenta una reflexión sobre las recomendaciones para fortalecer y escalar este programa, así como un barrido general de las reformas para mejorar la eficiencia de los mercados, la competencia y la innovación que el país debe perseguir en los próximos anos.
