Fehlt Deutschland eine Gründerkultur?

Abstract

Umfragen haben gezeigt, dass sowohl unter der Bevölkerung insgesamt als auch unter Arbeitslosen selbstständige Tätigkeiten gegenüber Arbeitnehmer-Tätigkeiten bevorzugt werden. In der Realität werden jedoch nur wenige neue Unternehmen gegründet. Hierfür scheinen in erster Linie fehlende finanzielle Mittel ausschlaggebend zu sein. Ein internationaler Vergleich der Einstellung mit der Selbstständigenquote zeigte, dass tendenziell in Ländern mit hoher Bevorzugung der Selbstständigkeit auch mehr selbstständige Beschäftigungen vorliegen.
