Issues Of Legal Decision Making In Economic Sphere

Abstract

In this article the author studies the issues concerning the measure of regulation of economic relations and of legal risks, and a special theme – the scope of legal regulation in the economic sphere, indices of economic efficiency and expediency of their legal regulation, as well as many other issues. By legal decisions the present research offers to understand the use of legal tools for the implementation of the objectives of the economic policy of the state.
