Energetická Bezpečnosť Čľr V Kontexte Rastúcej Závislosti Od Importu Ropy

Abstract

Čínska ekonomika zažívala v ostatných troch dekádach rapídny hospodársky rast sprevádzaný enormnou spotrebou energie. Napriek tomu, že Čínska ľudová republika (ČĽR) nepatrí medzi krajiny s chudobnými zásobami nerastných surovín, v súčasnosti už nie je schopná pokryť rastúci dopyt domácou produkciou a jej závislosť od dovozu zo zahraničia neustále rastie. Hoci ropa nepredstavuje najdominantnejší zdroj čínskeho energetického mixu, potenciálne výpadky dodávok tejto suroviny by mali výrazne negatívny vplyv na energetickú bezpečnosť ČĽR. V článku sa venujeme problematike pozície ropy v čínskom energetickom mixe a diverzifikácii ako jednému z využívaných nástrojov na zlepšenie energetickej bezpečnosti. Zároveň hodnotíme úspešnosť jej implementácie vo vzťahu k energetickej bezpečnosti ČĽR.
