Zrównoważone Zarządzanie Działalnością Biznesową W Aspekcie Ekologicznym - Studium Przypadku

Abstract

Koncepcja zrównoważonego rozwoju staje się coraz popularniejsza, zajmując istotne miejsce w teorii zarządzania. Jawi się, jako długofalowy proces, którego zadaniem jest równoważenie trzech wymiarów: społecznego, ekologicznego i ekonomicznego, gdzie wymiar ekologiczny uwzględnia skutki działalności przedsiębiorstwa, mające wpływ na środowisko przyrodnicze. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie, jakie działania realizuje przedsiębiorstwo, aby wywierać na planetę Ziemię jak najmniejszy negatywny wpływ. Prowadzi ono biznes w sposób zrównoważony, a jego działalność warunkuje zrównoważone zarządzanie, którego nieodłącznym elementem jest zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi. Analiza omawianego przypadku ukazuje, iż zarządzanie i prowadzenie działalności w koncepcji zrównoważonej stanowi podstawy do wyeliminowania, w jak największym stopniu, negatywnego wpływu działalności firmy produkcyjnej na środowisko przyrodnicze. Artykuł składa się z dwóch części. W pierwszej, na podstawie kwerendy literatury, przedstawiono teorię z zakresu zrównoważonego rozwoju i zrównoważonego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, skupiając się w szczególności na aspekcie ekologicznym. Na drugą część składa się analiza przypadku - przedsiębiorstwa, które realizuje omówiony aspekt w swojej działalności biznesowej.
