Wyznaczanie potencjalnego PKB i łącznej produktywności czynników produkcji

Abstract

W empirycznej analizie rozwoju gospodarczego podstawowe pytania doty- czą roli głównych źródeł tego rozwoju. W warunkach gospodarki rynkowej, a także transformowanej, gdy chodzi o Polskę, można przyjąć, iż tempo wzro- stu gospodarczego zależyod tempa wzrostu popytu na produkcję krajową (PKB). Jednakże, wzrost ten staje się możliwy, gdy wodpowiednim stopniu rośnie krajowypotencjał produkcyjny. Ma to m.in. szczególne znaczenie w anali- zach strategii rozwojowej. Zwróćmy także uwagę na to, iż wanalizach śred- niookresowych wahania w stopniu wykorzystania potencjalnego PKB mają istotne znaczenie dla objaśnienia procesówinflacyjnych.
