Management behavior versus entrepreneurial orientation: feuds or friends?
AbstractIn this paper we address that question making use of a data set on a Dutch consultancy company in the water, infrastructure and spatial development sector. The organization is special in its ownership and governance structure, in the sense that it has a unique shareholder system.
