Abstract

The governance of the urban logistics evolves to answer the new environmental challenge and the need of cities regarding attractiveness. It passed from one engineering paradigm to one organizational paradigm. Developing an efficient coordination of the concerned actors, which possess different skills and variable strategies, looks more and more like a process of clusterisation. The PAC project (porterage of purchases from city center, "Portage d'Achat en Centre-Ville", in French) highlighted this process on both studied cities, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
