Les logiques à l’origine des dynamiques de coopération dans les clusters *: l’exemple de filières du végétal spécialisé*

Abstract

Nous analysons, au travers de la littérature sur les proximités, les modalités de coordination des acteurs des clusters en vue de la construction d’actifs spécifiques localisés. Nous posons l’hypothèse que deux logiques complémentaires sont à l’origine des dynamiques des clusters. Une logique professionnelle correspond à la capacité des firmes à identifier des problèmes communs donnant lieu à des coopérations de court terme. Une logique historique correspond à la construction d’alliances patrimoniales permettant la coordination des membres du cluster au travers d’accords d’assistance mutuelle. Elles supposent la construction de relations de confiance et de long terme. Nous appliquons le cadre théorique construit à l’analyse du pôle de compétitivité du végétal spécialisé de la Région Pays-de-la-Loire.
