Nachhaltige Personalwirtschaft für Kindertageseinrichtungen: Herausforderungen und Strategien

Abstract

Zu erwarten sind wachsende Engpässe bei qualifiziertem und erfahrenem Personal in Kindertageseinrichtungen, was die Träger vor große Herausforderungen stellt. Im Fokus der Study steht daher die Frage, wie geeignete personalwirtschaftliche Konzepte gestaltet werden können, um den Herausforderungen angemessen zu begegnen. Als Ergebnis der Analysen werden Handlungsfelder für eine nachhaltige Personalwirtschaft vorgestellt, die sich für die Akteure in der Praxis als besonders dringlich erweisen.
