Description: The Bhutan Journal of Business and Management (BJBM), ISSN-L 2079-7680 (Print) and 2663-1784 (Online) is published by Gedu College of Business Studies under the Royal University of Bhutan. It is a double-blinded, peer-reviewed, diamond open access scholarly journal and welcomes work relevant to Bhutan, the Himalayan region, South Asia, and comparable international contexts, while remaining open to research of wider regional or global significance. BJBM publishes contextually meaningful research in business, management, economics, finance, policy, governance, entrepreneurship, technology, and related interdisciplinary fields through research articles, review papers, methodological and analytical studies, qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research, policy and practice papers, case studies, book reviews, and invited editorials or commentaries.
