Die Nachfolgerauswahl in Zeiten des technologischen Wandels

Abstract

Diese Studie simuliert eine Nachfolgerauswahl im Familienbetrieb, die mit Familienunternehmern und unabhängigen Personalberatern durchgeführt wurde. Die Erkenntnisse zeigen, dass die strategischen Rahmenbedingungen, in denen eine Nachfolgerauswahl stattfindet, die notwendigen Führungskompetenzen und die Wahl eines geeigneten Nachfolgekandidaten wesentlich beeinflusst. Die Bedeutung der Familienzugehörigkeit eines Nachfolgekandidaten wird in Relation zu den wichtigsten beruflichen Entwicklungsschritten gesetzt und ermöglicht somit Rückschlüsse auf die "Professionalität" der Nachfolgerauswahl in Familienbetrieben.
