Industriekrise ist lang und tief

Abstract

Abgesehen von der Schwächephase nach 1992 ist die aktuelle Industriekrise die längste in Deutschland. Nur die Krisen nach der Wiedervereinigung und im Zuge der globalen Finanzmarktkrise 2008/2009 waren tiefer. Dass es trotzdem noch nicht zu einer gesamtwirtschaftlichen Rezession kam, liegt vor allem daran, dass die Industriebeschäftigung anders als früher noch recht stabil blieb. Falls sich die Anzeichen für eine Bodenbildung in der Industrie bestätigen sollten, kommt auch die Gesamtwirtschaft mit einem blauen Auge davon.
