Erfahrung mit E-Learning erleichtert Weiterbildung während der Corona-Krise

Abstract

Unternehmen können ihre Belegschaft während der Kurzarbeit weiterqualifizieren. Da Präsenzveranstaltungen während des Lockdowns im Frühjahr nicht bzw. nur eingeschränkt möglich waren, konnten insbesondere die Unternehmen, die bereits über Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Medien verfügen, die Corona-bedingte Kurzarbeit für Weiterbildung nutzen. Das zeigt die IW-Weiterbildungserhebung 2020.
