Abstract

Die 9 + 1-Thesen für eine bessere Berufsbildung verstehen sich als wissenschaftlicher Diskussionsbeitrag für die Weiterentwicklung der Berufsbildung. Dazu wurden 9 Thesen entwickelt, die durch wissenschaftsbasierte Analysen gestützt die Basis für die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für alle bedeutsamen Phasen beruflicher Bildung darstellen: berufliche Orientierung, Übergangssystem, duale Berufsausbildung, Berufsbildung im Bereich der Pflege, formale berufliche Weiterbildung, non-formale berufliche Weiterbildung, Übergänge zwischen beruflicher und hochschulischer Bildung, Qualifizierung des beruflichen Bildungspersonals, Entrepreneurship & Intrapreneurship. Unterlegt werden die Thesen durch grundlegende Prinzipien, die eine moderne Berufsbildung ausmachen (+1-Komponente).
