Integration der wissenschaftlichen New Work- und Corporate Entrepreneurship-Ansätze im Hochschul- und Unternehmenskontext

Abstract

Die Umgestaltung der Arbeitswelt durch technologische und gesellschaftliche Veränderungen führt dazu, dass traditionelle Modelle der Mitarbeiterführung, Arbeitsstrukturierung und des Kompetenzeneinsatzes der Arbeitnehmenden infrage gestellt werden. Daraus resultierend werden zunehmend flexible, selbstbestimmte und kooperative Arbeitsmethoden, die zusammengefasst als New Work bezeichnet werden, im Unternehmens- und Hochschulkontext gefördert. Für Hochschulen ist dieser Fortschritt von großer Bedeutung, da sie sich nicht nur in der Verantwortung für die Ausbildung kommender Facharbeitskräfte, Manager und Unternehmer befinden, sondern auch ihre internen Strukturen, Lernmethoden und Kompetenzenportfolien den neuen Anforderungen anpassen müssen. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung wird analysiert, wie die New Work-Prinzipien im Unternehmens- und Hochschulkontext angewendet werden können. Im Verlauf des Working Papers werden die Chancen und Schwierigkeiten des New Work-Konzepts diskutiert. Besonders die Kombination von New Work mit dem in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Forschung in den letzten Jahren stark in den Fokus gerückten Ansatz des Corporate Entrepreneurships wird als Option angesehen, um unternehmerisches Denken und Innovation sowohl in Unternehmen als auch in Hochschuleinrichtungen zu unterstützen. Die Bedeutung von Agilität, Selbstorganisation und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit, die durch New Work gefördert werden, wird ebenfalls in das Zentrum der Untersuchung gestellt. Das Ziel des Working Papers besteht somit darin, Empfehlungen für die Umsetzung von New Work im Hochschulumfeld zu entwickeln und das Zusammenspiel von New Work und Corporate Entrepreneurship zu untersuchen, um fortschrittliche und zukunftsweisende Lehr-, Lern- und Forschungsabläufe zu unterstützen.
