Abstract

Der erste Beitrag der Artikelreihe legt das konzeptionelle Fundament zur Analyse unternehmerischer Resilienz, indem der Begriff auf individueller, organisationaler und strategischer Ebene systematisch eingeordnet und die Relevanz internationaler Normen und Standards als integratives Managementinstrument untersucht wird. Darauf aufbauend wird das unternehmerische Geschäftsmodell als Zusammenspiel von Strategie, Organisation, Markt und Technologie analysiert und anschließend um eine resilienzorientierte Perspektive erweitert. Aus dieser Betrachtung lassen sich zentrale strukturelle und funktionale Dimensionen zukunftsfähiger Unternehmensgestaltung ableiten. Es zeigt sich, dass nachhaltige Geschäftsmodellresilienz nur durch eine ganzheitliche Verankerung von Resilienz über verschiedene Ebenen und Unternehmensbereiche hinweg erreicht werden kann.
