Produktionsplanung und -steuerung bei Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung

Abstract

Produktionsplanungs- und -steuerungssysteme (PPS-Systeme) haben in den letzten Jahren in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur und der betrieblichen Praxis starke Beachtung gefunden. Während diese Systeme die Problematik der (Groß-) Serienfertigung (einigermaßen) bewältigen, sind sie für die spezifischen Anforderungen der Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung ungeeignet. Angesichts einer zunehmenden Tendenz zu kundenauftragsbezogener Produktion muß und wird jedoch in den nächsten Jahren die Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung verstärkt an Beachtung gewinnen. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich in Teil I mit den Grundlagen und in Teil II mit neuen computergestützten PPS-Systemen (sogenannten Montage-Leitständen) für die Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung.
