[The unification of European private law and the cross-border legal-mercantile transactions]

Abstract

This article analyzes the historical progress, perspectives and proposals on the processes of unification of European private law, from a legal and empirical study, in order to highlight the current situation of legal-mercantile transactions within the European Union and the Incidence of legal asymmetry of states on mercantile and financial flows.
