Abstract

Since Barro and Becker (1989) – hencefore BB (1989) some facts as an epidemiologic pandemic is account for factor of fertility choice. Meanwhile in some place of the world as in Cameroon this advent is an Opportunity in increasing fertility rate like assess by Kuikeu (2020c). Therefore, is this means that an epidemiologic Advent is an favourable factor of fertility choice? In other terms, is the BB (1989) robusted as Model of fertility choice to this road of assessment about the Outbreak impact’s on the Reproductive health Objectives? These are the main questions we are trying to answer, here. Globally speaking, Obtained Results from an Panel framework reveals that BB (1989) remains at the one and the cornerstone of the analysis as Model of fertility choice.
