Abstract

Perusahaan multinasional memiliki berbagai macam strategi penetrasi yang digunakan agar untuk dapat menjalankan perusahaannya. Strategi yang ada antara lain, wholly owned subsidiary, join venture, licence agreement, subcontracting, dan outsourcing. Dan masing masing strategi memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan masing masing.
