Complejidad de la gobernabilidad de las redes globales emergentes

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar la gobernabilidad de las redes globales del mercado y las empresas, el Estado red, la sociedad red emergente de la sociedad del conocimiento y los procesos de globalización económica. Como consecuencia de los procesos de globalización y los avances de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación se desarrollan las redes globales y se consideran los impactos que tienen las redes informales y las redes cooperativas en los movimientos sociales. Finalmente, se avanzan como propuestas que el Estado red debe abrazar bajo nuevas estructuras de gobernanza (governance) y gobernabilidad a las redes sociales y empresariales ancladas en las localidades pero interconectadas a las redes globales. Una nueva estructura que de cabida a las interrelaciones entre los actores identitarios y reivindicativos tanto locales y globales de las redes del Estado, la sociedad y las empresas, que les permita maximizar su autonomía al mismo tiempo que facilite el intercambio de recursos, puede ser el nuevo modelo de desarrollo.
