2012 Regional Partnership Grants to Increase the Well-Being of and to Improve the Permanency Outcomes for Children Affected by Substance Abuse: First Annual Report to Congress

Abstract

This report describes how the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services established the second cohort of partnerships, describes the grantees and their planned program services and local evaluation designs, and presents the design for the national cross-site evaluation.
