The Millennium Challenge Corporation's Vocational Training Activity in Namibia: Evaluation Design Report

Abstract

The Millennium Challenge Corporation has selected Mathematica to conduct an evaluation of the vocational training activity, covering all three subactivities. This report describes our design for the evaluation.
