Abstract

Dresse un panorama du secteur et de ses mutations en Europe depuis une trentaine d'années. Aborde les changements nécessaires au niveau de la qualification des travailleurs, de l'innovation technologique, de la gestion des ressources humaines, des relations et de l'organisation du travail et propose des mesures pour améliorer la compétitivité socio-économique du secteur par la promotion du travail décent.
