Abstract

Il y a trente ans, l'élevage vietnamien reposait sur un modèle paysan fait d'une complémentarité avec l'agriculture dans le cadre d'exploitations familiales. Aujourd'hui, les très grandes exploitations industrielles insérées dans les marchés mondiaux dominent. Entretemps, les productions ont fortement augmenté, mais les limites sociales et environnementales de cette transition rapide commencent à se faire sentir.
