Le wargaming et le jeu de rôle sur table : Pratiques ludopédagogiques avancées pour les sciences de gestion et du management

Abstract

Dans le cadre du projet pédagogique et de recherche en ludopédagogie EdUTeam, mené à l'IAE Paris-Est, l'école universitaire de management de l'Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), nous déployons depuis 2015 des wargames et des jeux de rôle (JdR) sur table dans plusieurs enseignements de gestion, de management et de langues. Notre article présente trois expériences originales mettant en œuvre ces jeux et visant le développement de l'esprit critique, de la culture générale et de la créativité par l'apprentissage expérientiel. Malgré des résultats encore partiels, ces activités pédagogiques démontrent un fort potentiel. Apparaissent toutefois également certaines limites importantes (long temps de préparation et forte intensité émotionnelle). Pour autant, ces travaux ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives de recherche comme le métajeu pédagogique et le wargaming analytique.
