Développer la culture générale des étudiants en management : le cas du jeu de rôle Babel

Abstract

Notre article rend compte d'un dispositif ludopédagogique déployé à l'IAE Paris-Est afin de développer la culture générale d'ordre littéraire des étudiants en management. Pour ce faire, nous avons réalisé une expérience composée de trois sessions de jeu de rôle (JdR) avec le jeu Babel (Les XII Singes). Ce dernier permet d'immerger les personnages-joueurs (PJ, ici des étudiants de licence et master) dans les univers des œuvres. Nos résultats, issus de questionnaires d'auto-évaluation anonymes et d'observations, démontrent un intérêt particulièrement fort de la part des étudiants pour cette activité pédagogique. Toutefois, le temps de préparation pour l'enseignant meneur de jeu (MJ) est particulièrement long. Notre principal objectif est dorénavant de diffuser notre solution et, grâce à une seconde séries de séances prévue durant l'année universitaire 2025-2026, de définir un dispositif simple à mettre en œuvre et efficace pour l'acquisition de connaissances.
