Abstract

Dans le contexte actuel marqué par les avancées des technologies émergentes, la transformation digitale modifie profondément les modèles d'affaires des PME, offrant de nouvelles opportunités de création de valeur. Cet article explore le concept de maturité digitale dans ce contexte, essentiel pour permettre aux PME de mesurer et orienter leur progression dans la digitalisation. La maturité digitale est définie ici comme un processus d'évolution continue, intégrant à la fois des dimensions technologiques, stratégiques et culturelles. Les modèles de maturité disponibles, bien que nombreux, présentent souvent des lacunes théoriques et empiriques, notamment un manque de validation et une approche standardisée inadaptée aux PME. En réponse à ces critiques, les auteurs proposent de développer un modèle de maturité spécifique, ajusté aux particularités des PME, en se fondant sur une approche configurationnelle permettant des parcours variés et non linéaires vers la maturité. Ce modèle vise à fournir aux PME un outil de diagnostic précis et adaptable, favorisant leur transformation digitale et renforçant leur compétitivité dans un environnement numérique dynamique. En proposant un cadre de maturité contextualisé, ce travail contribue à combler le fossé entre théorie et pratique, permettant une appropriation opérationnelle et durable de la digitalisation par les PME.
