Abstract

Cette recherche aborde la relation entre la Planification du développement et la performance des entreprises du secteur des EMF de la ville de Yaoundé. À partir du test de khi-deux de Pearson réalisé sur 46 EMF observées sur la période 2011-2014, nos résultats montrent que la performance de ces entreprises n'est pas indépendante de la façon dont elles formalisent leurs processus de prise de décisions sous forme de plan de développement. De plus, cette étude relève que les entreprises qui choisissent comme mode de gestion, la prise des décisions proactives, rationnelles, accordent plus d'importance à la planification. Toutefois, l'utilisation d'un plan formalisé de planification à long terme permet une bonne performance des EMF. C'est pourquoi, nous suggérons à ces entreprises l'utilisation et
