Abstract

L'article propose des réponses à dix questions. La guerre est-elle indissociable de l'économie ? Est-elle un facteur de développement ? S'agit-il d'une nécessité systémique ? Qu'est-ce que la guerre économique ? Quels sont les instruments de puissance de l'Etat ? Quelle est l'importance du complexe militaro-industriel des Etats-Unis ? Les Etats-Unis sont-ils l'Etat sanctuaire du capitalisme ? Les rapports de puissance conduisent-ils nécessairement au développement des inégalités ? Enfin, que dire de la permanence des jeux de puissance des Etats ?
