Perspectives d'évolution de la valeur ajoutée des régions françaises et réforme de la PAC

Abstract

Depuis son origine, la politique agricole commune a été caractérisée sur le plan intérieur par un fort soutien du prix des produits couverts par les Organisations Communes de Marché. La réforme de la PAC, décidée en Mai 1992 introduit plusieurs changements dans le système de soutien. Dans cette communication, l'objectif est de tenter une estimation des conséquences de la réforme sur les valeurs ajoutées régionales en comparant la situation qu'aurait donnée la prolongation des tendances passées (hors réforme) et la situation nouvelle créée par la réforme. La première section est consacrée à la présentation des hypothèses et de la méthodologie des simulations réalisées et la seconde au développement des résultats obtenus.
