L’usage des métaphores en entreprise : irrationalité individuelle ou ancrage culturel ?

Abstract

Se poser la question de l'irrationnel et de l'organisation s'avère métaphorique car la rationalité n'est que le résultat d'une activité intellectuelle, amenant un jugement sur la nature de l'objet, laissant libre le champ de l'imaginaire partageable et de l'interprétation subjective. C'est donc sous l'angle des métaphores que nous soumettons cette communication au lecteur, posant la question de leurs usages en entreprise, émanant et à destination soit de l'individu soit du collectif. Tout au long du texte, nous éclairerons cette question à travers la culture d'entreprise, des services de l'organisation ou des parties prenantes, abordant divers courants académiques permettant d'approfondir et d'enrichir nos propos.
