Abstract

Presenta un panorama general de la situación económica en Argentina; analiza la trayectoria del ahorro nacional y externo; vincula el proceso de endeudamiento externo con el programa de liberalización financiera; y examina la viabilidad del ajuste y la pagabilidad de la deuda externa.
